The stresses of life can really drag us down when we replay them in our minds and we don’t let them go. In this state we are disconnected to our power, joy and peace. This is where we feel stress and the physical results of stress.
For me, the stress I felt lead to health issues and feeling lost. This course is the result of years of my research and trial and error on myself to heal my mindset and body as a direct result.
